Mint City Packaging LLC, its affiliates, divisions, corporations, licensees, contractors, agents and assignees (MCP, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the MCP website (the “Service”). This page (“Privacy Policy”) informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (defined below) when you use our Service. MCP shall not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. MCP uses your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service and enhancing your experience with the Service at the MCP website (“Site”). Also, the Personal Information helps avoid fraud against MCP. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Types of Personal Information we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms. While using our contact forms, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that can be used to contact or identify you. MCP collects only the minimum Personal Information necessary to provide the Service and enhance your experience. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Your name;
  • Your e-mail address;
  • Your telephone number; and
  • Your address.


You may also be asked to provide Personal Information through a Collector Service (e.g., Shopify) (described below). We collect this information so you may use the Site. For example, it is used to confirm your identity, market or advertise to you or to invoice you. We hold on to the collected personal information as long as we believe is required for security, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

 

Cookies. Cookies are small blocks of data created by web serving software while a user is browsing a website and placed on a user's device by the user's browser. More than one cookie may be placed on a user's device during a session. We may use cookies to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some or all portions of our Service. We may use cookies in order to customize this site for return visitors. These cookies
are not required for Service functionality. Additionally, third-parties with links on our site may install cookies depending on their configuration. You are not required to accept any cookies to use the Site or the Service.

Log Data. In providing our Service we may collect information that your browser sends

SMS Communications Policy. SMS communications require users to provide certain Personal Information in order to use certain features and functions. This information may include a user's name, a username, cellular phone number, address and/or e-mail address. We also may collect information through your SMS communications, and researchers, analysts, system designers and others may have access to the data we collect. When you use SMS communications, you automatically allow us to collect personal and aggregate information. MCP may review, collect and analyze personal or aggregate information. MCP may also use personal or aggregate information to contact users to solicit feedback and suggestions. MCP also may disclose personal or aggregate information to third parties if required by law. MCP cannot ensure or warrant the security of information provided to or by MCP through SMS communications.

Web Beacons. While MCP does not use web beacons, web beacons from other sites such as Shopify, Amazon and Facebook, may collect information from visits to the Site. Web beacons are web page elements, such as tracking pixels, to record data about visits to or transactions made on a site. Web beacons allow user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the web beacon provider’s destination website by clicking on an ad. Third parties may use this data. Web beacons enable measurement of the effectiveness of ads and content for statistical and market research purposes. No Personal Information is collected through the use of Web Beacons on the site.

Google Analytics and Other Google Ad Services. We may use “Google Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We would use the information we get from Google Analytics only to enhance your user experience. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than other Personal Information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information. In operation, Google Analytics plants a cookie or web beacon on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Site; however, the cookie can only be used by Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your
visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use at
https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/ and the Google Privacy Policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser before visiting this site.

Third Party Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service. In some circumstances, third party companies and individuals may provide the Service on our behalf or perform services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information to perform these tasks on our behalf.

Integrated Services and Third Party Content. We use services and/or content provided by third parties on the Site. For this kind of integration, it may be technically necessary to process your IP address so that the content can be sent to your browser. Your IP address will therefore be transmitted to the respective third party providing services and/or content. In each case, this data processing is carried out to safeguard our legitimate interests in the optimization and the operation of our Site.

Content Collected By Shopify. Our Service uses Shopify services (“Collector Service”) as a Merchant under the Shopify policies. The Collector Service uses information collected from users of their service to personalize and improve the user’s visit and experience on the site and for other purposes set out below. The Collector Service gathers information in the following ways:

  • Information You Give to The Collector Service. The Collector Service collects
    Personal Information from a user. Personal Information includes any information
    provided in connection with use of the Service. Personal Information is collected when you create an account with the Collector Service, or when you communicate with or through the Collector Service.
  • Web Beacons. See description of web beacons above.
  • Cookies. See description of Cookies above.
  • Information Received by MCP as a Merchant. We may share information, including Personal Information, with the Collector Service. The Collector Service only uses such information as stated in its “Terms of Service” at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms.
  • Privacy. For use of the Collector Service, the Shopify Privacy for Merchants Policies, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/merchants, are applicable to the Service.

California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), you may request that a business stop selling or sharing your personal information (“opt-out”). Note that sharing refers specifically to sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is the targeting of advertising to a consumer based on the consumer’s personal information obtained from the consumer’s online activity across numerous websites. MCP does not share any data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links To Other Sites. Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us, and which may not have the same Privacy Policy we have. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Terms of Use Apply. We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena. All of the Terms of Use for the Service and for the Site found here https://welcometomintcity.com/policies/terms-of-service are applicable to this Privacy Policy.

Changes To This Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
